PRIVACY POLICY:

Let's Play Video Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings with Let's Play Video Games as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

BOOKING POLICY:

You may book as far in advance as you wish with a deposit. We will accept all bookings through our "BOOK IT HERE" buttons, please click anywhere that says "BOOK IT HERE". Event times are not guaranteed until deposit is made.

PAYMENT POLICY:

After submitting your party or event request, Let's Play Video Games will review your request. If the requested day and time is not available, we will work with you to try to find an acceptable alternative. Once an agreed upon day and time is reached, we will send you an e-mail invoice confirming your booking. You can secure your reservation with a non-refundable $100 deposit with the remaining balance due the one day prior to your reservation date. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until the deposit is received. All payments made to Let's Play Video Games are done on-line via our secure gateway.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to pay for your reservation. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to secure and guarantee your reservation. Let's Play Video Games will make every effort to reschedule your party or event, with no penalty to another date or time should a change be necessary.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE POLICY:

A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 30 miles from 76541. Please see our Pricing page for more information.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

Let's Play Video Games mobile video game theaters are designed for all types of weather conditions, so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions. The theater is insulated, and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. That being said, our outside systems will not be available during bad weather. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party or event. In the case of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated severe storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

FOOD/DRINK POLICY:

Let's Play Video Games does not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc in the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN POLICY:

Let's Play Video Games does require a parent or responsible adult to be available at the party or event location. Children under the age of 6 require a parent or guardian be present inside the mobile video game theater for supervision.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

Let's Play Video Games reserves the right to refuse service to client and event attendees if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guests, equipment or the public. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected illegal drug use, aggressive language or acts, unsafe surroundings . If the situation is not corrected, we may delay or cancel an event.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY:

You may serve alcohol at a Let's Play Video Games party or event to ADULTS over 21 years of age; however, we do not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc inside our mobile game theater. The Client/Host is in charge of, and accepts all responsibility for making sure they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also accepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Let's Play Video Games reserves the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or event when alcohol is being served and is deemed excessive or unsafe. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Let's Play Video Games equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the event immediately without a refund. Furthermore, there is no smoking allowed inside the Let's Play Video Games mobile game theater.

DAMAGE/INJURY POLICY:

Let's Play Video Games or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Let's Play Video Games reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by the client’s guests. This includes damage and/or theft of items such as television units, game consoles, game controllers, game discs.  Replacement charges will be based on current retail price of the damaged/missing item (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.) and will be charged to the client’s credit or debit card accordingly. Let's Play Video Games and its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host..

TRUCK/TRAILER POLICY:

The mobile game theater is designed to be parked on the street with safe sidewalk access to event guests. We must have a safe and approved place to park. If conditions upon our arrival render safe parking unavailable, customers have the option of moving the event to a nearby location suitable for parking. When the truck and trailer pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party or event. The truck and trailer combination needs approximately 60 feet of space. We usually have to park on your neighborhood street, so it’s a good idea to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Additionally, our Game Coach will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event nor park off of a hardened surface.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS POLICY:

Let's Play Video Games will not provide any “T” Teen and/or “M” Mature rated or higher games in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to, or at the time of the service. The Client is responsible for notifying any concerned parents of their guests. It is also recommended that clients email Let's Play Video Games with any special game requests.
