You can always call Let's Play Video Games at 254.563.5313 or click any of the "BOOK IT HERE” buttons that will take you to our booking request page. Simply fill the form out with the date and time for your party and we’ll respond back to you as soon as possible letting you know if your requested date/time is available. After that, we'll send you a confirmation email and invoice. Once you've submitted the $100 reservation deposit, you are all set.

It's totally up to you. We plan our arrival to be approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled event time. Although rare, stuff happens... If we are delayed for any reason, we will contact you and let you know we are running late. Don't worry though, we will make sure you get your full gaming time in.

Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as your driveway or street isn’t on a steep hill, and there is sufficient space for our truck and 25ft luxury theater to enter, park, and exit, we can come. Otherwise, you can divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot!

In order to get your gaming started right away, we suggest you pre-select four games for Play Station and/or X-Box plus two Switch games from our game library. We always bring our full game library to every party and event and your Game Coach will listen and make suggestions along the way to make sure everyone has a great time. If we don't have a specific game that you want to play, let us know ahead of time and we'll attempt to find a copy and make it available. Additional charges may be incurred.

We will not provide any “T” Teen and/or “M” Mature rated or higher games in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to, or at the time of the service. If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he/she will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he/she will follow the lead of the host and make sure your guests are having the time of their lives!

LPVG does not currently have internet gaming.

Our Game Coach will be on site. He/She helps everyone along, inspires, and instructs. We do everything we can to make sure it’s the party of the year!

We come rain, shine, temps below freezing, or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive and safe for the guests, we'll be there.

Certainly not! Our Rolling Video Game Party includes 1 Game Coach and is ideal for about 24 people, but if you get some unexpected guests, we'll do our best to keep them all having fun!

Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your desired date and time you'll simply need to pay a non-refundable $100 deposit with the remaining balance due no later than day before your reserved date.

The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is appreciated, but not required.

Yes, LPVG offers a 10% discount for military/veterans, first responders, and teachers/schools.
